Messaging : XNoesis has both
internal and external messaging feature hence making intranet and intvernet
messaging possible from a single application. It also supports our XMS-email
facility thus E-mails can be read and sent from any GSM device. Important short
messages can also be sent as a SMS. Instant messaging, chatting, address book
etc are also included. |

Document Manager : Helps to
maintain and organize files, user can set the access rights at diffrent levels.
Shared folder feature allows users of a team, groups or departments to share
the files at a single place . Specific permissions both at user level and group
level can be given to these shared folders, so only some (groups of) users can
access specific files. |

Calendars : The calendar in
Xnoesis are categorized as personal calendar, team calendar and shared
calendar. Personal calendar allows user to see his complete list of events,
tasks, reminders and holidays scheduled for the day. The user can change the
calendar interface by day, week or month. Personal calendar can be shared with
other user and made as shared calendar. Team calender can also be maintained to
make every team member aware of the team tasks. Adding deleting and editing of
the events, tasks and reminders can be done. |

Task Management : Xnoesis users
can manage tasks and prioritize their work. Task are set with their start date
and a due date for completion, everyday progress of each task and its
percentage completion can be monitered. Team tasks can be collaborated and
tasks can be requested from other team members. Reminder can be set for a
particular task. |

Meeting Manager : Manage and
arrange meetings easily and effectively. User can set the meeting and also
invite other members for a meeting, the meeting manager provides information
about the availability of the proposed attendees at the said date and time. It
tells you whether an attendee is busy or free, without having to tell you what
specifically the attendee is occupied with. While adding an event, you can also
book resources like a conference room, for example, that you would like to use
for the event. |

Reminders : Different kind of
remainders like pop-up alert, mail and/or SMS alerts can be set for tasks,
events,meetings etc. |

Contact Manager: Managing the
address book of the user is made easy by storing it on the central database and
integrating it with emails, messaging, events and tasks. User can add, edit and
update his contact details. |

Travel schedular : Organize and
manage your travel schedule, set your availabality status and also set
reminders for your scheduled travel plan. |

Manage Holidays : User can
request for holidays, see the requested holiday status and see his personal
holiday reports. |

Time tracking : User can report
the time spent on different tasks, for productive time management. This can be
done daily or hourly basis. |
