XFS is a complete document imaging and management system that
will handle all of your paper and electronic documents. Once the documents are
scanned or uploaded into the database, our "smart key" search and retrieval
engine gives fast access and complete search results on demand. XFS is an ASP
system that simulates a real world environment-yours! Like a traditional filing
system.
XFS can be customized to conform to your existing filing methodologies
organized by building, department, filing cabinet and folder. Direct routing of
documents is available at your finger tips! No more time and money spent on
photocopying. This also reduces the risk of misfiling and loss. Once retrieved,
the exact image of a document can be viewed on screen, printed and
distributed electronically.

Scanning - You can scan documents yourself with
a scanner hooked up to your PC, or we can do the scanning for you at your site
or ours. Typically, with bulk scanning, our staff will pick up the documents
scan them at our site and then return them with the CD upon which the documents
have been captured.

Storage - Our system provides you with long
term, reliable storage that will accommodate your document growth. Whether you
decide to store the documents on your data base or on our server for internet
retrieval, you can set up the system to mirror your real life filing structure
from building and department to filing cabinet and file folder.

Indexing - content based user-defined indexing
system provides for easy, organized document filing. The multiple keyword
option and "Smart Key" search engine allow for cross indexing and instant
retrieval.

Retrieval - Fast and easy with "Smart Key"
Search- Basic search utilizes free form word association. Advanced search
option lets you search by single or multiple predefined keyword (s) such as
document name, date range, who uploaded, Author etc.

Access - XFS system is flexible providing wide
range access without compromising security. Documents are available to approved
users, through an intricate security setting, from office or over Internet.
Concurrent access lets multiple users view the same document from different
locations simultaneously.
